First deployment

Fresh internal portal, same platform boundary

This first version proves the deployment path, auth gate, and shared platform context. The next layers can add estimator analytics, shadow-slice drill-downs, provisioning tools, and release controls.

Current mode Frontend deployed on Vercel, backend stays on the existing Render API.
